●車椅子対応可能なお席に限りがあるため、車椅子でご観覧予定のお客様は、その旨を注釈欄にご記載の上、必ずお電話にてお問い合わせください。
●桟敷席(靴を脱いでお座りいただくお座席)になる可能性もございます。
桟敷席でのご鑑賞が困難な場合は、その旨を注釈欄にご記載ください。
●ご予約の人数によって連席にならない可能性がございます。ご了承ください。
●自由席は2階席となります。（満席の場合は立ち見となる可能性もございます。）
－－－お申込みからご観覧までの流れ－－－
１．ご観覧日、人数をお決め下さい（＊座席の指定はできません）。
２．お申込みページより必要事項を記入、クレジット決済をお願い致します。
＊クレジット決済後はいかなる場合も、キャンセル・変更はお受けできません。ご了承ください。
３．当方にてご入金確認ができましたら、『水明会／ご観覧引換証』ＰＤＦをメール送信させていただきます。
４．メールに添付しております『水明会／ご観覧引換証』を印刷のうえ、当日必ずご持参ください。万一お忘れになりますと、「入場券」のお渡しができませんので、何卒ご了承ください。
＊郵送等によるチケットのお渡しはございませんのでご注意ください。
＊お申し込みの内容と『水明会／ご観覧引換証』の内容に相違がないか、必ずご確認ください。

５．公演当日、『水明会／ご観覧引換証』をご持参ください。
「改札口」にて「入場券」とお引き換えさせていただきます。
【110th Suimeikai Ticket】Reserved Seat (¥10,000/\8,000) or Non-reserved Seat(¥5000)
・Seating requests are not accepted.
・Please bring your Suimeikai admission voucher on the date of the performance, and exchange it for an entrance ticket at the entrance.
・After the credit card settlement has concluded, no cancellations or changes will be possible under any circumstances, except in the case of the performance being canceled or postponed by the Pontocho Kabukai Association.
・Even if the purchased ticket is not used for admission, no refund will be given.
・The method and timing of refunds are to be determined by the Pontocho Kabukai Association and no correspondence will be entered into.
・We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those relating to the performance.
--- Flow from Application to Attendance ---
1. Please choose the performance date and the number of tickets (note: you cannot specify seats).
2. Fill out the necessary fields on the request page, and complete the transaction using your Paypal account or Amazon Pay.
Note: After the credit card settlement has concluded, no cancellations or changes will be possible under any circumstances.
3. Once we have confirmed payment, we will send the Suimeikai/Ticket Voucher PDF by email.
Note: Upon completion of credit card settlement, an automated email from the address [email protected] from the settlement system BASE Company will be sent. We will send the Suimeikai/Ticket Voucher from the [email protected] email address. After settlement, please make sure that you can receive email from these two email addresses.
4. Please be sure to confirm that there are no errors between the request content and the Suimeikai/Ticket Voucher content.

5. Please bring your Suimeikai/Ticket Voucher on the date of the performance, and exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket at the ticket office.
(Ticket can be exchanged starting to 30mins before the performance.)
Note: If you cannot print out the Suimeikai/Ticket Voucher, then please show it to a staff member on your smartphone or tablet.
